About Us:
Numark Digital is an exciting new digital venture within Phoenix, with a mission to become the most visible pharmacy service in the UK. Being less than 10 months old and with an ambitious future ahead, we are forming a team of technology and product specialists to help drive the digital transformation of pharmacy in the UK.
We have already launched our digital prescription product ‘Hey Pharmacist’ and have plans to significantly expand our offering.
The Phoenix Group is a European healthcare logistics and pharmacy retail company with circa 40,000 colleagues operating in over 30 different countries. In the UK we distribute to 5,600 dispensing points via our 13 nationwide distribution centres and own 500 community pharmacies.

About The Opportunity:
You will report directly to the Digital Product Manager and work closely with other colleagues in the newly formed Digital Team as well as other colleagues in the wider organisation.
You will be joining the organisation at the start of its digital journey, giving plenty of scope to innovate and set up the team for success.
You will have responsibility for design elements of the digital product portfolio working closely with other colleagues. Your remit will include the service, user experience and user interface design element.
You will set the design system for the product team, focusing on the design of the service and linking this to the customer experience ensuring that it is simple to use and visually appealing. You will represent the end user in product decision and your experience will enable you to do this well.

Who We Want: As a Digital Product Designer you will:
- Have experience working with service design and be able to bring organisational element together to create a market leading customer experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle including traditional and agile techniques.
- Experience working with senior staff within an organisation and interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of working with agile software development techniques and teams.

The role is full time and we would ideally be based at our UK Headquarters, Runcorn, however we do work flexibly and we would support working from home for much of the time. If you apply we will talk to you about what that means and understand your circumstances.
