If so, there is an exciting opportunity to work with our Learning & Development team supporting the Distribution part of the PHOENIX family. This role will be based in Leeds/York.
It’s a role with variety - you will support and deliver our colleague inductions, and help to develop all colleagues through facilitating a range of learning sessions including GDP and manual handling. You will also support our Warehouse Excellence with the delivery of key projects.
Great communication skills are a must, as is attention to detail which is vital for the accurate recording of training records. But what matters most is your desire to learn and your commitment to helping colleagues to do the same.
Essential Behaviours/Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of inclusive learning – ensuring learning can be adapted to a variety of audiences
- Passionate about learning and development
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite with a good basic working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Experience of a variety of distribution roles would be an advantage
- Good understanding of GDP, FMD and depot SOPs
- Full UK Driving Licence
