Who You’ll Be
As our Talent Acquisition Partner you will be an internal subject specialist with the ability to drive acquisition and retention to the forefront of our business mindset.
You will be results focused, leading and inspiring a team with the same approach, with an unwavering passion for inclusive recruitment and selection across our business.
You will be someone who has the ability to quickly grasp talent business objectives and oversee multiple hiring and high volume hiring simultaneously, as our business is fast paced.
You will have a strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude, as well as excellent communication skills. There are a lot of stakeholders in this job and you will be great at managing expectations and keeping people informed.
Things You'll Do
- Manage and lead a team of 4 internal Talent Acquisition Coordinators (currently expanding)
- Lead our Colleague Value Proposition – always looking for how we can stay current and appealing in the market, we want to attract and retain the best talent
- Evolve and improve our hiring practices, embedding yourself in the healthcare recruitment scene to identify talent, develop great connections, and champion our employer profile
- Enhance and continue to improve our new Applicant Tracking System – we are striving to be digital by default and kind in design
- Utilise data and insights to inform your decisions and make compelling arguments for change and improvement
If you have developed, led and successfully implemented innovative and engaging talent attraction and retention processes, and have a passion for driving talent management across a diverse business then we're keen to talk.
Ordinarily, our team is based within our Head Office in Runcorn but in light of the ongoing pandemic the team is working on a hybrid basis, with initial interviews anticipated to be held remotely also.
