About The Opportunity: Are you a Graphic Designer looking for your next step? We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Marketing Department based in Runcorn as a Graphic Design Manager.
Leading our existing team of Graphic Designers, you will be support the department in the design and production of all marketing created for the PHOENIX group. You’ll work with your team to produce a range of materials from print magazines, in-store point of sale and posters through to social and digital assets.
You’ll take the lead and continue to develop our in-house capabilities including our in-house photography studio, and work closely with our in-house content and campaign teams to bring our plans to life.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where meeting deadlines is crucial, being creative and accurate with your artwork producing both print ready PDFs for external printers, and digital assets.
You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud. A qualification in graphic design would be desirable. Fully conversant in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and competent in Microsoft Office. Experience creating digital content is desirable.
Line management experience is desirable as you will be responsible for a team of 3 designers.
There may also be a requirement to assist in other marketing activities where necessary. We offer a varied and interesting workload.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am till 5.15pm.
