Dispensing Doctor Sales Advisor – PSUK

PSUK is the largest supplier of medicine to General Practice in the UK. It provides a wide range of professional services, support and products to GPs and Family Planning Clinics, and is part of The Phoenix Group. We are looking for a Dispensing Doctor Sales Advisor who will be working within the Dispensing Doctor Telesales team. You will be working in conjunction with the Dispensing Doctor Field Sales team to proactively sell PSUK products and services to existing and potential customers and support in the resolution of PSUK specific customer issues.
The role will suit someone who has an interest in telesales or customer services, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. The role will involve data entry, building relationships with existing and potential clients, following up on potential leads, and managing and maintaining client records.
Our ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, have an excellent telephone manner, a proactive approach and will demonstrate a real passion for sales. You will be a self-starter who is hungry for success and be self-motivated and organised. Our business is fast moving and there is a lot to learn so you need to apply yourself and be prepared to learn. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
As part of the company’s commitment to excellence you will be required to obtain a professional qualification through the A.B.P.I. certificate and diploma. This qualification requires a degree of application to learn and must be completed within 18 months.
