Role: Director of Commercial and Pharma Services, PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution:
PHOENIX UK are seeking a senior level commercial leader responsible for the continued development of our branded pharmaceutical commercial and service propositions.
Reporting to the UK Group Commercial Director this individual must combine a detailed knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. They will understand the needs of our key customer channels, the strategies of national and regional NHS bodies and the critical trends which will affect our performance. The individual will ideally come with a strong existing network across the industryand will be able to display the hands-on and engaging leadership style that we seek in our senior commercial team.
In addition to providing effective leadership and management of a team responsible for the performance of the distribution agreements we have with major branded and specialty pharmaceutical companies the role-holder will also need to drive the commercial agenda which supports the P&L performance of our Rowlands Pharmacy chain and the members of our Numark and PSUK organisations, maximising the profitability of dispensing and patient services activity for these stakeholders. A major component of this role includes the ongoing development and implementation of innovative patient and supply chain propositions in the specialty pharmaceutical sector.
