About The Opportunity: As a pivitol part of the HR Excellence team this is an opportunity to work across the distribution centre function consisting of 14 depots, to ensure that the training developed meets the needs of each depot and is aligned with the goals of the business.

The Learning and Talent Facilitator position is a role with variety, no day will be the same for you- As part of the HR Excellence team you will design, deliver and evaluate a broad range of high quality and impactful learning and development interventions across a wide range of projects and audiences.  

Great communication skills are a must, as is attention to detail and a passion for quality. But what matters most is your desire to learn and your commitment to helping colleagues to do the same.

Essential Behaviours/Skills/Experience:

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience of managing the full training cycle from analysis to evaluation
  • Passionate about learning and development
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and comfortable delivering at all levels of a medium to large organisation;
  • Pace, resilience and flexibility associated with a fast paced, multi-site and complex business;
  • Planning, organisation and presentation skills
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Full UK Driving License (Desirable)

Working Hours are: 37.5 per week
