The Role

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor within our Birmingham Distribution Centre.

You will be responsible for the department achieving targeted key performance indicators in line with our business objectives and budgets. You will ensure that we are consistently exceed our customers’ expectations and operational standards in line with ISO, GDP and MHRA guidelines.

The hours of work are 37.5 per week:

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast paced operations environment
  • Able to demonstrate strong people leadership skills and achievement of KPIs from a line management role.
  • Experience of working in adherence with standard operating procedures and health and safety legislation along with an understanding of guidelines governed by external bodies.
  • Evidence previous examples of improving output through proactive training, mentoring and performance management as well as experience of leading, motivating and developing teams.
  • Competent and up to date with all warehouse standard operating procedures (e.g. Health and Safety, accident investigation and preventative measures and company orientated legislation.)
  • Proven track record of running a Warehouse Team.
  • Able to evidence an excellent standard of management and provide working examples of proactive management and its impact of operations standards.
