 About the Opportunity:

 We are looking to appoint 2 Talent Acquisition Coordinators to join our growing TA team based Runcorn. Recruiting stunning talent for the business is at the very heart of what we do, therefore we are looking for experienced recruiters who can quickly appreciate the complexity of our business and deliver an exceptional recruitment service to a wide range of internal stakeholders. We pride ourselves in providing the best possible candidate experience and the role of TA Coordinator will be instrumental in helping to deliver this.  

In this role you will:

  • Secure top talent for our business through best practice sourcing & selection solutions
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from interview to hire
  • Manage a high volume of recruitment vacancies ranging from Pharmacy to Supply Chain
  • Be a continuous point of contact throughout the recruitment process for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Build meaningful relationships both internally and externally and be visible and accountable at all times
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and additional HR team members to ensure we, as a wider HR team, deliver a fantastic service to the organisation

The experience we need:

  • Demonstrable track record of achievement in either a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting role or in a client service capacity
  • A good working knowledge of recruitment assessments / tools
  • Experience of managing volume recruitment projects as well as individual bespoke assignments
  • Competent user of all MS Office Applications and experience of using an ATS
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)

Working hours/pattern: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am till 5.15pm (45min unpaid break each day)
