Business Development Manager
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who will lead and develop our manufacturer services as part of the Commercial and Pharma Services channel.
This role is field based and will work cross functionally with multiple business unit experts situated in Runcorn HQ and our operational sites across the country. This role works closely with the Pharma Services account management team with a shared objective and goal to identify opportunities for our pharma partners to engage in our market leading initiatives.
The core activity of this fixed term maternity cover contract will be the oversight and growth of our exciting and new to market homecare initiative due to launch in early 22. This role will provide the right candidate an opportunity to deliver and grow a national market leading patient service. Key components of the role include project oversight, key stakeholder development, implementation, and manufacturer business development to successfully grow the number of products and manufacturers invested in the service across pharma, medical device and healthcare.
Who We Want: You will be an established Business Development Manager, Project Manager or Strong Key Account Manager with experience in leading multiple stakeholders in a shared directive and goal and delivering against clear objectives,
You will be of a robust nature; driven, focused, organised, self-motivated and above all an excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels across industry.
Experience of engaging with Pharma, NHS and NHMC would be advantageous as this role requires the ability to bring multiple stakeholders from different organisations on the same journey.
Competency on Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint is essential and
flexibility is required as the role involves both internal and external meetings
