About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Specialist to join our HR Team. In this role you will provide analysis and insights to drive the design/redesign our total reward strategy and evaluate the success of our total reward programmes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Collating insights on current total reward practices – supporting with translating them into best fit recommendations
Support with the analysis and redesign of group programmes relating to pay, benefits and recognition including cost provision, competitor analysis etc.
Plan and co-ordinate the rollout of local and corporate reward programmes
Work with internal and external partners to ensure we deliver our programmes successfully, e.g. discounts programme platform providers
Key Activities
Provide periodic analysis and review of existing benefits, reward and recognition programmes Collate cost/benefits analysis across total reward programmes – working with key stakeholders
Plan and implement change plans through various channels to launch and embed our total reward programmes
Prepare training and communication documentation to support total reward implementation plans
Track the value, return and adoption levels of our total reward programmes
Review and maintain service levels with our external total reward providers
Create and deliver regular events/routines, activities and routines to ensure/maintain adoption of our total rewards
Who We Want:
You will have Reward and Benefits experience typically gained at analyst or specialist level
Proven analytical skills – can pull cost benefit analysis together as well as metrics for measuring programme adoption success (e.g. internal benefits surveys)
Experience of creating and delivering project plans that have successfully delivered key programmes/and or HR initiatives
Can bring ideas to the table around diversity of channel mix to ensure best adoption of reward, benefits and recognition programmes
Experience of implementing a new JE methodology is desirable
Able to manage conflicting priorities and work with pace
Essential Skills/Experience:
Competent at MS Packages (Excel and PowerPoint)
CIPD qualification preferred but not essential
