About the opportunity:

We are currently looking for a NuCare Customer Service Advisor who has a passion for delivering efficient and accurate customer service. Based within our new business in Telford, your overall responsibility will be to ensure a continued level of excellent customer service to all of our customers.

The role requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement. Your duties will include answering telephone calls and processing orders; raising, investigating and resolving customer queries; advising and informing customers on our service or product ranges and general administration tasks.

 

Salary/Working Pattern

£22,678.50 Per Annum, working Monday to Friday from 9am till 5:30pm for 37.5 hours per week.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English & Maths
  • Inbound working within a customer service orientated environment
  • Data entry/capture environment
  • Confident manner on the telephone to make maximum impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; listening skills, voice, words, matching, rapport building
  • Customer focus - customer service orientation, setting and managing expectations
  • High attention to detail / quality orientation
