About the opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative within our Runcorn Distribution Centre.

PICKING: Working within a busy pharmaceutical warehouse environment you will be accurately assembling customer orders, efficiently picking customer orders for shipment and ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped on time. You will need to meet minimum productivity and quality standards and comply with policies and legal requirements in relation to the role.

GOODS IN: Are you ready to play a vital role in the dynamic world of warehouse operations? We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Goods In Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and distribution department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, inspection, and processing of incoming goods in line with company guidelines and procedures.

STOCK CONTROL: In this role you will be working within a busy warehouse department and will be responsible for the accurate assessing of controlled drug counts, credit returns, new products, perpetual inventory checks and any other request on warehouse items. It is key that you ensure that the correct number and type of product is correctly logged. You will need to meet minimum productivity and quality standards and comply with policies and legal requirements in relation to the role.

REPLEN: As a Replenishment Operative, your primary responsibility will be to monitor stock levels, identify low inventory situations, and initiate replenishment activities. Your attention to detail will contribute to maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing out-of-stock occurrences to ensure operational success.

DISPATCH: As a Warehouse Operative working in our Dispatch team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operations. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries from supplying depots, validating journey temperatures in line with Good Distribution Practice and checking orders in using an Asset tracking device. You must ensure safe sortation of deliveries received into allocated van routes in a timely manner ensuring Customer orders are ready for dispatch. }

Working closely with a dedicated team, you'll contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Effective communication and teamwork are essential as you coordinate efforts to achieve operational excellence.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.

 

Salary

£11.63 per hour 

Working Pattern

Working Hours/Pattern: Casual hours between 0700-1600
