PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals. All of our depots are licensed by the MHRA and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn.

About the opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative within our Wakefield Distribution Centre.
GOODS IN: Are you ready to play a vital role in the dynamic world of warehouse operations? We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Goods In Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and distribution department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, inspection, and processing of incoming goods in line with company guidelines and procedures.
Working closely with a dedicated team, you'll contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Effective communication and teamwork are essential as you coordinate efforts to achieve operational excellence.
In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
Salary
£11.63 per hour
Working Pattern
Casual hours between 6am and 2pm and Sundays 07am and 1pm
Training and Support
You will receive a comprehensive induction from the Learning and Development Facilitators.
