Senior Healthcare Development Manager

We’re seeking a passionate Senior Healthcare Development Manager.
As the Senior Healthcare Development Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Healthcare Development Managers (HDMs), driving growth, and developing Rowlands Pharmacy’s presence in key healthcare markets. You will be responsible for establishing and managing a pipeline of business opportunities, fostering strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, and delivering on sales and profitability targets.
Reporting directly to the Head of Rowlands Health Care Services, this role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven leader with a strong strategic vision, who is ready to lead our healthcare development efforts to new heights.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational contract management, particularly in the healthcare or pharmacy sectors, with a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive customer engagement. Specifically, we are seeking someone with:
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team across a wide geographic area.
- Sales and Business Development Skills: Experience in consultative selling, client relationship management, and pipeline development to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of secondary care markets, with the ability to leverage market insights for strategic advantage.
- Communication and Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build networks, influence stakeholders, and represent Rowlands Pharmacy at the highest levels.
- Project Management Ability: Skilled in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and customer needs are met.
