Senior Mobilisation Manager

We’re excited to announce that Rowlands Healthcare Services is expanding, particularly within our Hospitals and Specialty Contracts Division. As the demand for our specialist healthcare services continues to grow, we’re looking to recruit experienced professionals to our team to support this next phase of development. We’re seeking a passionate Senior Mobilisation Manager.

Aligned with the Rowlands Pharmacy Strategy, the Senior Mobilisation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all mobilisation project plans, ensuring a high standard of planning, execution, and delivery across multiple contracts. Reporting directly to the Head of Healthcare Services, this role involves leading Mobilisation Managers and their teams, as well as collaborating with senior leadership to provide updates, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and streamline mobilisation activities.

This is a senior role requiring excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to simplify complex issues and drive continuous improvements across all aspects of mobilisation.

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven professional with a background in leading large-scale, complex projects, especially in healthcare or operational environments. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Project Leadership: Strong experience in managing complex projects with a focus on strategic planning, resource allocation, and efficient execution.
  • Risk Management Skills: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, ensuring each project remains on track.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build relationships across internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Process Optimisation Experience: A strong understanding of process evaluation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools to streamline tracking and reporting.
  • Educational Background: A degree or advanced qualification in project management, business, or a related field, with experience in senior-level operational or healthcare roles being essential.
