Senior Regional Manager

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Healthcare Services Team with the growth of the Hospitals team.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Regional Manager to lead our regional managers overseeing hospital-based pharmacy branches across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Services, this role is pivotal in ensuring that branch operations align with corporate goals, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain the highest operational standards. You’ll be responsible for driving both strategic and operational excellence, managing budget targets, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the healthcare sector.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or pharmacy operations, with a strong record of leadership and financial acumen. Additional qualifications include:

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) regulations and the ability to ensure branch compliance.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills to build relationships across diverse teams and partners.
  • Organisational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, developing actionable plans, and structuring branch processes for efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Experience in budget management, cost optimisation, and financial analysis.
  • Adaptability: Ability to lead teams through operational changes and keep branches aligned with new processes and goals.
  • Strategic Leadership: Capacity to make informed, data-driven decisions, and align branch strategies with organisational objectives.
  • Team Development: Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating the professional growth of team members.
