Systems Manager

As the demand for our specialist healthcare services continues to grow, we’re looking to recruit experienced professionals to our team to support this next phase of development. We’re seeking a passionate Systems Manager.
The Systems Manager will be responsible for the successful setup, mobilisation, and operational management of IT systems used in our Healthcare Services contracts, particularly JAC and Ascribe, integrated with the rollout of Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) across the NHS. You will play a crucial role in developing processes, policies, and procedures that support our systems strategy, delivering operational excellence and financial optimisation.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in NHS systems and pharmacy services, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead successful change initiatives. You should possess:
- Experience in the NHS or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of NHS systems that support pharmacy services in secondary care.
- Strong project and performance management skills.
- A customer-centric attitude and a flexible, responsive approach to work.
- The ability to influence and collaborate across functions and at all levels.
