Role: Operations Planning and Engagement Co-ordinator


Location: Runcorn


Salary: £27,068 + excellent benefit scheme

 

Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15

 

Role Overview:

As an Operations Planning and Engagement Co-ordinator with Rowlands Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and delivering our retail capacity plan. You will ensure that all retail branch tasks and activities are meticulously planned and executed in collaboration with stakeholders. Your role will involve coordinating engagement across our retail estate, supporting daily operational communications, and managing internal retail portals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the retail capacity plan, ensuring all business-as-usual activities, regulatory tasks, new projects, and activities are captured and planned effectively.
  • Engage and communicate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and outputs, ensuring all planned activities are shared and agreed upon in a timely manner.
  • Support the drafting and dissemination of operational communications across various platforms, including daily bulletins, internal social posts, and intranet messaging.
  • Review, manage, and maintain the content of internal retail portals, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and regularly reviewed.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal departments for best practice communication methods and assist with any stock and system queries.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Previous experience in an operational planning role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytically minded
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
  • Proficiency in MS applications and content management systems.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting would be an advantage
