Lead Technician
Runcorn
40 hours, working core hours of 9am till 5pm, flexibility required and some night shift work. 1 in 3 Sundays working 6am till 2pm.
Around £45,000 per annum, experience dependant
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Technician to come join us, based at our Runcorn Depot. Reporting into the Engineering Manager, your overall responsibility will be lead a multi-skilled team of technicians, plan and schedule maintenance activities, liaise with and supervise external contractors, review and update daily/weekly/monthly reports. The role may offer opportunities for technical and leadership training, along with supporting the national team.
The heart of the role
- Scheduling maintenance for Automation and Facility systems
- Supervision of external contractors onsite
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to key stakeholders
What makes you tick
- Minimum recognised Level 3 engineering, electrical, or mechanical qualification.
- Proven experience managing a maintenance department.
- Experience working with automated conveyor systems.
- Experience fault finding within a an electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Desirable qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH.
