Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital branch. As a Pharmacy Manager in one of Rowlands hospital branches you will be given extensive and specialist training as well as gaining exposure to the hospital pharmacy environment.

 Key Responsibilities   

  • Manage pharmacy operations to maximise profitability and meet KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and legal requirements.
  • Adhere to operational guidance, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Optimise stock levels and use automated dispensing solutions.
  • Plan and manage business activities to meet standards and deadlines.
  • Promote exceptional patient and customer service.
  • Lead and develop the team to achieve high performance and customer care.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Utilise training to maintain a knowledgeable and productive team.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

 What We Require  

  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Previous pharmacy experience
  • Effective people management skills.
  • Understanding of relevant NHS contractual requirements.
  • Understanding of professional regulations relevant to pharmacy operations.
