Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Operations Finance Manager to join our team. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with Operations Directors and Senior Operational teams, playing a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and providing insights to drive financial performance and align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Wholesale senior leadership team.
- Champion LEAN implementation and continuous improvement to drive growth and efficiency.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations for Senior leadership/Board reporting and to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop detailed financial analysis and MI for operational teams.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to support company goals.
- Investigate variances, challenging and supporting the Operational teams to deliver corrective action.
- Manage workload within Operations Finance and lead a high-performing team.
Key Experience & Skills:
- Previous team management experience.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post-qualified experience.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Motivated to continuously improve and achieve excellence.
- Confident, enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.
