Salary: 37500 per annum plus company car and pro rata bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of pharmacy professionals, driving strategic initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaborative efforts for mutual success.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance metrics to achieve business objectives and enhance overall team efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards in service delivery.
What We Require:
- Experience in community pharmacy
- Proven people management skills
- A comprehensive understanding of GPhC and pharmacy standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
