Pharmacist Manager
Are you looking for a rare and exciting opportunity outside of the usual community Pharmacist role?
Rowlands Pharmacy are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to manage our Outpatient Pharmacy in Royal London Hospital, leading the clinical dispensing team to provide a full range of outpatient prescription dispensing.
This role will give you the opportunity to utilise and develop clinical skills while working with a wide range of specialised clinics and medications.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable embracing change and working flexibly in collaboration with Healthcare Professionals, ensuring patient care is at the forefront of every clinical decision made. As well as having overall responsibility for the efficient running of the Pharmacy and team, you will attend Trust meetings and work towards meeting or exceeding targets.
It is essential you possess an MPharm degree or equivalent. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

Pharmacy opening hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00

What We Require:
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience in pharmacy setting with management experience preferred
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
