We are looking for a skilled Commercial Operations Manager to support the delivery of data‑driven insight, robust reporting and operational excellence across PharmAssist Solutions. This role is central to ensuring accurate commercial performance management, efficient processes and well‑informed decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting suites, KPI dashboards and performance analysis.
- Analyse commercial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support forecasting, commercial planning and business case development.
- Provide operational and analytical support to customer and partner activity.
- Prepare professional reporting packs and commercial documentation.
- Translate business requirements for IT development and support product enhancements.
- Contribute to proposition development through data‑led insight and evaluation.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a pharmacy operations or pharmacy wholesale environment
- Strong analytical capability with experience using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery and data modelling.
- Experience producing commercial or operational reporting.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience creating commercial business cases at senior level.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail or membership‑based environments.
- Familiarity with SQL, CRM systems or commercial metrics.
- Experience working with product or IT development teams.
- Background in process improvement or operational optimisation.
