Join Phoenix UK as our next PharmaCo Category Trading Manager and play a key role in driving growth, strengthening manufacturer partnerships, and shaping the future of our multi channel Pharma Services proposition.
The Role
You’ll lead commercial strategy, build strong upstream and downstream relationships, and develop a best‑in‑class Pharma Services offering. You’ll also drive digital innovation, guide marketing activity, and use insights to identify new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and deliver the PharmaCo strategy across multiple channels
- Drive year‑on‑year commercial growth and category performance
- Build and enhance relationships with key manufacturer partners
- Lead digital development (Partnerweb, CRM, new tools)
- Create and implement a high‑impact marketing & communications trade plan
- Use market insight to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate across UK and European teams to support commercial initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven commercial acumen and experience delivering strategic change
- Analytical, data‑driven mindset
- Experience in B2B pharma (ideal but not essential)
- Experience with pricing, business analysis or syndicated data (e.g., IQVIA) is a plus
