Senior Administrator

Birmingham Depot - Edison Road, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1DA

37.5 hours per week

8:30am - 16:30pm Monday-Friday 

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

 


 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting depot leadership through the delivery of highquality administrative and operational support. Acting as a key point of expertise, you will ensure bestpractice processes, data accuracy, and compliance, while proactively improving ways of working and supporting people-related activities across the depot. This is a handson senior role with real influence, requiring strong judgement, discretion, and the confidence to operate in a fastpaced, regulated environment.

 

The heart of the role

  • Lead and coordinate endtoend administrative support for the depot
  • Own the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records, ensuring full compliance with data protection, employment legislation, and internal SOPs.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external stake holders, delivering a professional, solutions-focused service and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing administrative processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing enhanced systems and ways of working.
  • Support operational and cross-functional projects, contributing insight, coordination, and governance to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
