8:30am - 16:30pm Monday-Friday
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting depot leadership through the delivery of high‑quality administrative and operational support. Acting as a key point of expertise, you will ensure best‑practice processes, data accuracy, and compliance, while proactively improving ways of working and supporting people-related activities across the depot. This is a hands‑on senior role with real influence, requiring strong judgement, discretion, and the confidence to operate in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
The heart of the role
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end administrative support for the depot
- Own the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records, ensuring full compliance with data protection, employment legislation, and internal SOPs.
- Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external stake holders, delivering a professional, solutions-focused service and managing competing priorities effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing administrative processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing enhanced systems and ways of working.
- Support operational and cross-functional projects, contributing insight, coordination, and governance to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
